TO EMERGE / TO MERGE

The first time I watched Alain Resnais' Last Year at Marienbad, I was also watching the first season of Lisa Joy & Jonathan Nolan's Westworld. This was also the time I was reading (or rather struggling with) Deleuze's Cinema 2.
