Similar to Georges Bataille's Story of the Eye
Based on the 1928 novella written by Georges Bataille, the film takes place in a seemingly abandoned house where a group of people engage in bizarre wordless acts. Just as the book does, the film spans several vignettes.
**This movie is a train wreck.** You watch it in spite of yourself. The only redeeming part of the movie was the interracial scene. The sex was tepid which is more than I can say about the rest of the movie. If I were to give this movie a "thumbs" rating, I would chop off any thumb that did not attempt to hitchhike its way away from this disaster.
