When Earth astronaut Capt. Chuck Baker arrives on Planet 51 -- a world reminiscent of American suburbia circa 1950 -- he tries to avoid capture, recover his spaceship and make it home safely, all with the help of an empathetic little green being.

This was a funny movie! Without spoiling the movie I loved the way they shifted the point of view and switched it around so that the human was the "visitor from out of space". Great idea! Also, loved the obvious "Alien" inclusion into the film from the Sigourney Weaver movie franchise and to make him a pet like our dogs would be, hysterical!
